Ormsqueak tagged everyone. So, eh. Just finished two sheets of lineart costumes to send for scanning, so it's the opportune moment.


Okay here's the deal.

List five things about your work that you like.
You're not allowed to say anything you don't like about it, or be shy about it, or say "I'm good at this but ...". I only want to hear about the good stuff.

Yes, recognising one's own flaws is important, but because so many of us are whiny artistic teenagers we do a hell of a lot of recognising of our flaws and it's time for a little POSITIVITY amid all the self-deprecation. Okay? Okay.

1) I can create and draw costumes well.
2) Thinking up elaborate backstories for aforementioned costumes is one of my major talents.
3) I'm developing a good grasp of female anatomy in drawing, and I drew my first full-body male poses today that didn't make me cringe. Progress!
4) I'm getting the hang of photography and editing.
5) I love that even though I have periods of not doing any art whatsoever, I can still have days where all I do is draw. The characters I sketch on those days keep me going.
